Apex Trader Funding has introduced a complete restructuring of its core products. The changes affect new evaluations and new Performance Accounts (PA), while previous accounts are now classified as "Legacy" with no retroactive modifications.

1. New Evaluation Model

  • One-time payment (no monthly recurring)
  • 30-day duration (automatically expires, no extension or reset)
  • Minimum 1 day to pass
  • 7 days to activate the PA account after passing

150K$397$9,000$4,000$2,00012

2. New Performance Accounts (PA)

  • Intraday Activation: $79
  • EOD Activation: $99
  • Maximum 20 accounts (combining types)
  • Payout every 5 trading days
  • 100% profit split
  • Consistency Rule: 50%
  • Maximum 6 payouts per account

Inactivity Rule

PA accounts must remain active. You must record at least 2 trading days with $50 or more in net profit within every rolling 30-day period.

If 30 consecutive days pass without meeting this requirement, the account is permanently closed. Accounts closed due to inactivity cannot be reinstated, and any accumulated rewards or pending payout eligibility are forfeited.

3. Tier-Based Scaling

The number of allowed contracts and the Daily Loss Limit vary based on accumulated profit in the PA account. Tier levels are updated once per trading day before the session begins, based on the End-of-Day balance at market close (4:59:59 PM ET). Tier levels never change intraday.

This automated system replaces the old PNL negative (MAE) rule and manual scaling, removing subjectivity from reviews.
